Cr. Rodrigo Cancela, CFA

Director and Founder

CFA Charterholder and Public Accountant, graduated from the University of the Republic.

Welcome! I started Nantas with the goal of raising the standard of investment advice in the region. I believe in the value and freedom that comes with having a financial plan and the tranquility and peace of mind of investing money correctly. I also believe in the value of a professional and objective financial advisor to help you on that path.

I am proud to be able to lead and serve as an advisor at Nantas, a firm that believes in holistic and independent planning, and that, from day one, decided not to sell financial products, but to help its clients buy them, without conflicts of interest. .

I have experience in portfolio management and financial advice, having worked as an investment specialist at Aiva. Prior to that I worked at Apex Fund Services and CPA Ferrere.

Director

CFA Charterholder and Bachelor of Economics, graduated from the University of the Republic.

He has more than 10 years of experience in the national and international stock markets. At the local level, he was part of the BEVSA (Electronic Stock Exchange) trading desk. On an international level, I initially worked as an investment advisor at the Danish firm Saxo Bank and continued my career at Credit Agricole Indosuez Montevideo, being part of a team of advisors specializing in Wealth Management. In 2019, together with my team of advisors, I joined the multi-family office Saint Joseph International, where I managed to consolidate my management as an investment advisor, adding inheritance and estate planning tools in the service of my clients, with a specific focus on Brazilian clients. . Starting in 2023, I decided to join the Nantas team, emphasizing my role in financial planning and independent advice in line with the interests of my clients.

I envision education and financial advice as fundamental pillars in the construction of a freer and more equitable society where material existences depend on people and not the other way around. In the spirit of repaying, even partially, the training and opportunities received, I participate in Ad Honorem activities in institutions that seek to promote sports, education and integration in civil society.

Pia Cousillas

Customer service

My professional career has been a journey of constant learning and adaptation. I began my career as an agricultural technician, which allowed me to understand the complexities of the rural world and resource management. Later, I ventured into secretarial, administration, billing and accounting roles, where I developed solid skills in business management and organization.

Keeping my passion for baking alive, I founded my own baking company, where I have successfully applied my business and creative skills.

I am currently embarking on a new chapter of my career in the financial sector. My focus on continuous learning and adaptation drives me to face new challenges with enthusiasm.
